Event Description:
It's our 8th Annual Festival of Trees in conjunction with Santa's Workshop! This event is one of the few fundraisers our Chamber has each year and we honestly couldn't do it without YOUR support.
Trees are decorated and donated by local businesses, community organizations, and individuals that want to show off their Christmas spirit while supporting the Evanston Chamber of Commerce. The trees are auctioned off to the highest bidder, with proceeds going to support the Chamber and our programs that benefit the business community. Participants find the event fun and good-natured; it is a wonderful time to come together as a team to work on something creative.
This year, we're going to be changing it up just a little! In addition to the People's Choice Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, we will be donating an office PIZZA PARTY to the creators of the winning tree (up to $100)! Yeah! As if that wasn't awesome already, we will also place a free ad on our electronic billboard until Christmas! The ad will feature the winning tree and business/organization name, bidding the good citizens of Evanston "Merry Christmas" or "Happy Holidays" (your choice).
