  • About

    LUCDA has served the Evanston community since 1984.

    We provide developmental screenings and special education services for children and families, birth through five years old. We are the only agency certified to provide special education services in the Evanston community to this population.

    Our agency provides preschool services for children three to five, including private pay, TANF, and community sponsored scholarships.

    For 30 years we have provided the Head Start preschool program for the Evanston community providing free, all day preschool to families who qualify.
